ViewForge's Productivity Platform You Need to Know About This Month

ViewForge rolled out its camera-free AI productivity platform to 14 Bendigo businesses this month, with the first installations completed at venues along Hargreaves Street.

The release arrives as local operators seek ways to cut labour costs and improve stock management after the June heat wave drove up demand for chilled products across central Victoria.

Installations at Two Key Sites

Staff at the Bendigo Visitor Centre on Pall Mall now use the system to track visitor flow and suggest real-time promotions without any video recording. The same platform went live at the weekly market stalls operated by the Bendigo Community Farmers Market on Williamson Street, where vendors receive inventory alerts tied to weather forecasts.

Both locations sit within the central business district and already belong to the Bendigo Chamber of Commerce AI pilot group that began in March.

ViewForge charges $180 per device per month under a 12-month contract, a figure the company says undercuts imported smart-glasses subscriptions by 30 percent. Early data from the first three weeks shows a 22 percent drop in out-of-stock incidents at the Visitor Centre compared with the same period last year.

Next Steps for Local Operators

Businesses interested in a trial can book a 30-minute assessment through the Bendigo Regional Innovation Hub before the end of August. The hub will host a demonstration session on 22 July at its offices on Lyttleton Terrace.
