CoreLogic figures released this week put the Strathdale median house price at $615,000, up 12 per cent from the $550,000 mark recorded twelve months earlier. That compares with the broader Victorian regional median of $490,000 and reflects three auction clearances above $780,000 on Edwards Road in the past quarter.

Buyers should inspect listings on Napier Street and Edwards Road before the next stage of the corridor works opens in late 2027, when further price pressure is expected. Local agents recommend checking flood overlays and confirming school catchment boundaries before offers.
