Prime Urban Group has finished Stage One of its $55m Prime Business Park in East Bendigo. The completed section provides more than 10,000 sqm of flexible workspace, with tenants already using 12 office suites and 23 warehouse units.

The dormant Hargreaves Mall hotel site at 306 Hargreaves Street has been placed on the market, carrying existing council approval for a 110-room Mantra-operated hotel and associated facilities.
